BC999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Player Agreement

1 Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account on BC999, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on BC999. We take underage gambling extremely seriously. If at any point during identity verification or account review we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, that account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be voided and returned to the platform.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one BC999 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name, or using different contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms. BC999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, payment linkage, IP analysis, and identity document matching. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances or pending bonuses on those accounts will be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when creating your BC999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

BC999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or a selfie with your identification document. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal above Rs 10,000 is processed and may be required before certain bonuses are released. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until documents are provided.

2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your BC999 account. This responsibility includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that no third party accesses your account.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Never allow another person to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf through your account.
• Notify BC999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• BC999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login credentials appropriately.

3 Deposits & Payments

BC999 accepts deposits from Pakistani players in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no processing fee applied by BC999 on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — BC999 is not responsible for third-party transaction fees.

3.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit on BC999 must be registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method that belongs to another person — even with their consent — is a violation of these Terms. BC999 reserves the right to block deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

3.3 Deposit Limits

BC999 offers voluntary deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming commitments. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through the account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly; increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

3.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your BC999 balance within 60 seconds of completion. IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not reflect after 30 minutes, contact BC999 support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

BC999 is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary friction. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals above Rs 10,000 are processed.
• BC999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as a fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts typically process within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn. Deposited funds not associated with a bonus are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BC999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all BC999 promotions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games including Baccarat and Roulette contribute at lower rates, typically 10%–20%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

BC999 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; wagering in patterns that fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using the same device, IP address, or payment method as another account that has claimed the same bonus; and any other behaviour that BC999 determines to constitute exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity window expire automatically and are removed from the account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on BC999 operate according to their respective published game rules. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

• BC999 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Live casino games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios. Physical outcomes are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of player expectation.
• In the event of a malfunction or technical error during gameplay, the affected game round may be voided. No payouts will be made on voided rounds and any bets placed during those rounds will be returned to the player's account.
• BC999 reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where evidence of technical exploitation, collusion, or external tool use is identified.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BC999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and permanent closure at BC999's sole discretion.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, Teen Patti, or any multiplayer game format.
• Chip dumping — intentionally losing chips or funds to another player to transfer value.
• Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in BC999's technical infrastructure.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Creating a BC999 account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to BC999 through your payment provider where funds have already been used for gameplay.

8 Responsible Gaming

BC999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties.

8.1 Player Tools

BC999 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and duration alerts, reality check notifications displaying elapsed session time and net session balance movement, self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is no longer under control, you may apply for self-exclusion through Responsible Gaming or by contacting BC999 support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents access to your account for the selected period. During self-exclusion, BC999 will not send promotional communications to you. We ask that players in self-exclusion also consider self-exclusion from other gambling platforms for the exclusion to be most effective.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

BC999 takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing gambling services. Parental controls on mobile devices and network-level filtering services are strongly recommended for households with children. If you believe a minor has accessed BC999 through your account, contact support immediately.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

BC999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Multi-accounting or impersonation.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at BC999 staff or other players.
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any funds accrued through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds that have not been subject to prohibited use will generally be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to full KYC verification.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your BC999 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be removed. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it may be reopened by contacting support, subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BC999 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional material, text content, and the BC999 brand name — is the intellectual property of BC999 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited without written authorisation from BC999:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any BC999 content for commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on BC999's brand, interface, or game designs.
• Reverse engineering any part of the BC999 platform software.
• Using the BC999 name or logo in any external publication, social media, or promotional material without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BC999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond BC999's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game RTPs, odds, or strategy guides.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect financial loss or consequential damage related to gambling outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits BC999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of BC999 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In brief, BC999 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. 13 Amendments to These Terms

BC999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BC999 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through an in-platform notification at the time of login. Continued use of the BC999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using BC999 and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which BC999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through BC999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable licensing authority. Pakistani players using BC999 acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Pakistan are evolving and agree to be bound by the Terms as updated to reflect any applicable legal developments.
